A Message from the Founder.

Companies should be bold, lead transformation or risk playing catch-up

Despite living in a time where we desperately need to find solutions to many issues in society, we are turning inwards. It is increasingly difficult to voice one’s truth aloud, as it is often met with hostility by people who disagree with it. Partially to blame are the algorithms on social media that are only giving us the answers we want to hear.

Instead of coming together to find a new way forward, people assume they know best and don’t engage with alternative viewpoints.

As a society, we are missing out on cultural growth, because conversations that ought to happen don’t, and over time this will lead to social stagnation. If we are to solve our social and technological challenges, then we must redesign our embedded frameworks. And this is only possible if we work together.

We welcome a diversity of thought and believe in finding new solutions to old problems collectively. As such, we are open in our thinking, understanding the value of experiences of people from different walks of life.

In managing, I view it as my personal responsibility to maintain an accepting culture that encourages honest conversations about the different challenges we face. As such, our corporate governance is designed with principles of diversity in mind, allowing for such a nascent culture to root and flourish.

I believe this is the future of business, and organisations that do not adapt to the new way of working will not be able to thrive.
