We currently collect and process the following information:

• Financial and Property information
• AML/KYC data
• Other information that could identify you which we request or you supply in order to provide our services to you.

We do not share information with anyone else without your prior informed consent.

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

• To enable us to provide you with legal and other services.

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

• From our joint venture partners Property118, only with your prior approval.
• From your other professional advisers such as solicitors, accountants and mortgage brokers, again with your prior approval.

We use the information that you have given us in order to provide you with our services.

We may share this information with the above parties, and any regulators or Government agencies (where we have no choice but to comply, and always subject to legal privilege where applicable)

We have reviewed the purposes of our processing activities, and selected the most appropriate lawful basis (or bases) for each activity. We have checked that the processing is necessary for the relevant purpose, and are satisfied that there is no other reasonable and less-intrusive way to achieve that purpose. We keep all information for six years or as long as is needed to fulfil our legal obligations to you if longer. We will then dispose your information by permanent removal from our facilities.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
